Who is responsible

Terraxes d.o.o. Novi Sad (“Terraxes”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at markopavlovic@terraxes.com / zoranpavlovic@terraxes.com.

What data we collect

When you use this website we may collect:

• Enquiry forms: your name, email address, your message and, for product enquiries, the product, quantity and price shown to you.
• Emails and other messages you send us directly.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server information (such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time) to deliver and secure the website.

We do not run user accounts, we do not take online payments, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and it does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or reCAPTCHA. Fonts and images are served from our own site. To limit spam, the forms contain a hidden field that people never see; no personal data is collected through it. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Why we use your data, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote: we take steps at your request before a possible contract, and we have a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse: legitimate interest.
• To meet legal duties, for example accounting and tax records if you become a customer: legal obligation.

We do not use your data for advertising or for automated decisions about you.

Who receives your data

Your messages reach our team members by email. We also use service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website and runs the function that sends form messages.
• Resend, which delivers form messages by email.
• Our own email provider, which hosts the @terraxes.com mailboxes.

We do not sell your data. We may disclose it to authorities where the law requires.

Transfers outside Serbia and the EEA

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses used by these providers, or other mechanisms recognised by data protection law.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example invoices and accounting records). Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period according to its own policy.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy in a portable format, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik), or to the data protection authority in your country if you are in the EU.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our mailboxes. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Third-party links and children

This website may link to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. The website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not aimed at children.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
